  • Expertise in using online research tools. (LinkedIn, Zoom info, Bloomberg, Lead411, Jigsaw, Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, Reuters etc.)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary & Secondary Research, Contact Discovery , B2B data Research, Data Mining, Database Management, Data Analysis.
  • Database cleansing.
  • Database verification.
  • Database formatting.
  • Expertise in Excel is must.

Summary of the Job: The Business Developer is focused on understanding & articulating the company's offerings in order to assist in the Business development programs in defined geographies. BD at KIA Business solutions acts as an extension of the sales & marketing team. They are responsible to generate sales qualified leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the particular offering of the organisation.
  • Map global markets, capture market intelligence & identify target markets.
  • Effectively articulate value proposition to decision makers and assess buying interest.
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision makers and business owners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets to create high quality sales pipeline.
  • Be Responsible for lead nurturing and follow up programs.
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive results.
  • Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator - regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy.
  • Creative and out of the box thinking in the sales and marketing context.
  • Responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for Agreed targets.
